Case report11 wallets on the board
$SI bot factory: 6,142 SOL swept to one treasury, cashed out at Kraken
On Oct 6, @the_smart_ape described an anonymous bot factory. It launched $SI 11 seconds after a Trump post, dumped within minutes for $24.5k, and missed a run to $67.6M. His conclusion: the dev "scammed everyone and still made the least money in the room." We followed the factory's money with Iris. The launch checks out almost exactly. The conclusion doesn't.
The launch, checked on chain
Token: $SI ("Super Inu"), mint
DEW9dSN6QpWyNthphCpMmAbZP1Q4cEKR9xQXAri98WDP, created Sep 21, 2026 at 15:44:55 UTC on Raydium LaunchLab, 11 seconds after Trump's post.Launch block: the dev
9pkJqJLtefuna3GLtKZyF5DBWwEGUdxZUSGCmf5jZhA9and 3 co-buyers took 31.57% of the supply in the same block. Cost: 12.9 SOL (~$1,520).Selling: the first sale came 4 seconds after creation. Everyone was out within 4 minutes, for 207.94 SOL in total (16x).
Three corrections
The 3 co-buyers weren't freshly funded. In the launch block they paid the dev 5.9 SOL, which went into the buy. They are a standing crew, active since March. 6 more wallets received $SI 58 seconds in and sold it, so the 207.94 SOL came out of 10 wallets, not 4.
Not 699 more launches: 1,376 in 14 days, from the same dev wallet. That's 712 on Raydium LaunchLab, 662 on pump.fun and 2 on Meteora, or a new token about every 15 minutes. His 699 matches the LaunchLab launches only. On Oct 5, three minutes after the dev's last launch, the crew started funding a new dev wallet,
EApkaRBSf2tCbVRtznQhwBPze9yCLhZxkjXfa397XzBe. It has made 52 launches so far and was still launching today. Not the least money in the room. Each launch makes little, but there are thousands of them.
Since Mar 27 the dev has sent 6,142 SOL in 197 transfers to one treasury,
5z68Gg98WKUotxMEGoEDVkJ3HTqU2WUYLt3zKEeYPBki.965 SOL of that came in the 15 days after $SI.
The treasury sent back only 148 SOL.
The cash-out
Treasury to Kraken: 1,750 SOL went straight to the Kraken deposit address
5iDzuqwqTvsnLwDdHkGUBJMuKCfPWazGXhk48LkvyTSt(May 11 and Jun 1).Treasury to hub: 5,000 SOL went to the hub
98yDYZddQZnh3BvnfGFb3LkMNiRMPJDzk6UKvWpkBpNc.Hub to Kraken: the hub sent the same Kraken deposit address 9,078 SOL and $1.88M in stablecoins. The hub also takes money from other wallets, so not all of that is factory money.
Kraken to hub: Kraken's hot wallet sent 4,257 SOL to the hub. One Kraken account is used in both directions.
Still held: about 785 SOL across the crew, including 386 SOL in the treasury.
Lead (unconfirmed):
On Oct 2, the treasury sent 40 SOL to a wallet that put it into Privacy Cash.
8 seconds later, 39.85 SOL came out to
AfV7Svit5So2dNsbRG7K5GsxqHLAjESiKtDBaMA1gHtk, a wallet that had already paid the treasury 7 times.Iris rates the match at 99%, with an anonymity set of 3.
Watch out for look-alikes: someone is dusting look-alike copies of the crew's addresses (tQi7FQg…, 8pNSJj…, EDXMAj…, 5z68dP…). Check every character before copying.
Not verified: the $67.6M peak, the snipers' $875k, the launchpad's $850k, the stolen logo and "none break $10k". Dollar figures use today's SOL price ($121).
