Case replaced with the proof of ownership: the launcher paid 23 wallets in identical-amount batches, 20 paid it back, and they buy its launches as the dev sells. Two co-buyer wallets were dropped: their transfers were swap routing.
Board rebuilt in four columns with Iris's 1-second candle charts of $toothpaste and $dip. New finding: in a sample of 64 tokens, 23 link to the viral X post they copy, launched a median 16 s after it.
The wallet 5FqUo9aBjsp7QeeyN6Vi2ZmF2fjS4H5EU7wnAQwPy17z created 20,543 pump.fun tokens between Aug 6, 2025 and Oct 15, 2026, about 47 a day, or one every 4.6 minutes. It started with 4.1 SOL in July 2025. On Oct 17, 2026, it and its two treasuries held 1,337,419 USDC and 4,428.32 SOL, about $1.80M, almost all of it sent there by the launcher.
How a launch works
When a post goes viral on X, the launcher creates a token about it and buys 5 to 7 SOL of it itself. In a sample of 64 tokens, 23 link to the post they copy, launched a median 16 seconds after it. In a random sample of 59 launches, it sold out of all 59, a median 4 seconds after creation.
The 23 wallets it pays
The buyers that look like outsiders are often its own wallets. The launcher paid 23 wallets in plain SOL transfers, in batches of identical amounts to the lamport: 19.792054049 SOL each to 4 wallets on Jun 6, 16.302561083 SOL to 4 on Jun 9, 20.4085492 SOL to 3 on Sep 8, 27.99457183 SOL to 4 on Sep 22, and 67.71812775 SOL to 3 on Oct 13, plus 5 single payments. 20 of the 23 sent SOL back. Its distributor GRCnKP6q7rkF6Mbd5LzP4iHAM15SxPGKMo4147VgSVeT, which received 8,897 SOL from the launcher, funds 7 of them in identical pairs.
These wallets buy in the seconds the dev wallet sells, then sell together in matching slices. On $Graeme (Aug 5, 2026), the dev bought 7.11 SOL at creation, three of its wallets bought within 2 seconds, the dev sold 4.82, 3.89 and 2.55 SOL at 4 seconds, and four more of its wallets bought at 6 seconds. The operator's wallets ended +8.23 SOL together on that token and 90 outside buyers -13.95 SOL. On $BULL, 13 of the wallets traded it and the operator broke even. In the random sample of 59 launches, wallets it funds traded 29.
The money
Iris read every transaction of both treasuries and of their USDC accounts. The launcher sent them 1,405,190 USDC and 8,887.29 SOL. Its USDC is its own SOL, sold to a market maker. Money in from anyone else, all of it found, is under $50K: 225.81 SOL and 5,641 USDC from other wallets, plus 33,695 USDC withdrawn from Kraken after 18,810 USDC had been sent to a Kraken deposit address, a round trip.
Cash-outs found: 27,845 USDC to a Coinbase deposit address that only ever received USDC from these three wallets, and 459.47 SOL bridged through Relay to Robinhood Chain, arriving as 19.18 ETH at 0xab1386acb3db246c8badf8e157fac6076e77632a.
What we don't know
Who controls these wallets. The case shows what they did and that the launcher pays them, not who runs them. How many of the 20,543 launches these wallets traded in all (29 of 59 in the sample). The full count of wallets it funds: 23 are proven, there may be more. Every payment, trade and balance is linked to its transaction in the case report.
