How accurate is Iris?
Labels are as good as their source, and each names it. Behaviors are measured on the transactions read, and each shows its numbers and examples. Iris says UNKNOWN rather than guess. Treat a verdict as a strong, checkable lead, and check the evidence before acting on it.
A wallet is labeled wrong. What do I do?
Analyze it deeper first: a verdict on 1,000 transactions can change at 10,000. If it is still wrong, tell us with the address and what it really is; misreads are how the rules get better.
Why is the identity UNKNOWN?
Nothing in the knowledge base names the address, and nothing it did in the transactions read was distinctive enough. That is common for quiet personal wallets. The risk still applies.
Does using a mixer make a wallet high risk?
Using one is medium risk: privacy is not wrongdoing, but it breaks the trail, and compliance rules treat it as exposure. The mixer pool itself is high risk.
Which chains are supported?
Solana only, mainnet.
Where is my Explorer board?
A board you haven't saved is kept in the browser where you made it. Saved ones are projects on your account, listed in Account → Projects, and open from any device. See Saving and sharing.
Am I charged when something fails?
No. Failed analyses and traces are refunded, and so are reports that could only show labels.
